Aramid Scope is a chart-overlay indicator for the Quantower platform that visualizes market-structure data. It is a software tool, not a broker, not a trading signal service, and not financial advice. You subscribe monthly, you can cancel anytime, your license is bound to your machine, and you trade entirely at your own risk. The full terms below control.
By subscribing to, installing, or using Aramid Scope (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy and Risk Disclaimer, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Aramid Scope is a downloadable indicator that runs inside the third-party Quantower trading platform. It fetches and displays market-structure information — including options gamma-exposure levels, expected-move ranges, dark-pool print clusters, volume and order-flow statistics, and algorithmically-drafted trade-plan annotations — overlaid on your chart.
The Service does not place orders, execute trades, custody funds, or connect to your brokerage. Any "trade plan", "bias", or annotation shown is informational market commentary generated from data and models; it is not a recommendation, solicitation, or signal to buy or sell any instrument. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for complying with all laws and with the terms of any third-party platform, data provider, or broker you use alongside the Service.
You may cancel at any time through the customer portal or by contacting support. On cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current paid billing period and then ends; you will not be billed again.
Except where required by applicable law, subscription fees are non-refundable and we do not provide partial-period refunds.
Subject to your active subscription and these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use one copy of the Service for your own personal use, bound to a limited number of registered devices.

Each licensed copy is watermarked and device-bound. We may suspend or revoke a license that we reasonably believe is shared, pirated, or used in violation of these Terms.
The Service, including its software, models, visual design, and the "Aramid" and "Aramid Scope" names and logos, is owned by Small Time Devs Inc and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a license, not ownership. You retain ownership of your own account data and chart configurations.
You will not use the Service unlawfully, to infringe others' rights, to disrupt or overload our infrastructure, or to attempt unauthorized access to any system. We may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate access for conduct that threatens the Service or other users.
The Service depends on third parties, including the Quantower platform and market-data providers. The data displayed is provided "as is" and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their content, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DATA OR ANNOTATION IS ACCURATE OR PROFITABLE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY TRADING OR INVESTMENT LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, OR LOST DATA, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Small Time Devs Inc and its officers and agents from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms or to protect the Service. On termination, the license granted to you ends and you must cease using the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive (IP, disclaimers, liability limits, governing law) survive termination.
We may update the Service or these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, by notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming.
