The short version

Aramid Scope is a market-data visualization tool. It is not investment advice, not a trade-signal service, and not a guarantee of any result. Trading futures involves substantial risk of loss. Every trading decision you make is yours alone.

1. Not investment advice

Aramid Scope and all content it displays — including gamma-exposure levels, expected-move ranges, dark-pool clusters, order-flow and volume statistics, and any algorithmically-drafted "trade plan", "bias", "conviction", or annotation — are provided for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, and are not a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy or sell any security, futures contract, or other instrument. We are not a registered broker-dealer, investment adviser, or commodity trading advisor, and using the Service creates no advisory or fiduciary relationship.

2. Futures trading is risky

Trading futures and other leveraged instruments carries a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Leverage can work against you as well as for you. You may lose some or all of your capital, and potentially more than your initial deposit. Only trade with risk capital you can afford to lose.

3. The tool informs; it does not decide

Aramid Scope visualizes data and model output to help you do your own analysis. Any annotation that resembles an entry, stop, or target is an illustrative computation from data — not a directive and not a promise of profit. You are solely responsible for evaluating the information and for every order you place.

4. No performance guarantee · past performance

We make no representation that using the Service will be profitable or will avoid losses. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Any statistics, research notes, or examples we publish (including on our transparency page) describe historical or hypothetical analysis and should not be read as a prediction.

5. Hypothetical & simulated results

Where we reference backtested, paper-traded, simulated, or "shadow" results, such results have inherent limitations: they are prepared with the benefit of hindsight, do not involve real capital or real execution, and cannot fully account for the impact of real-market factors such as liquidity, slippage, and emotion. No representation is made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown.

6. Data accuracy

Data is sourced from third parties and is provided "as is". It may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate, and the Service may be unavailable at times. Do not rely on it as your sole source for any decision.

7. Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions and for complying with the rules of your broker, exchange, and any funded-account or prop-firm program you participate in. Consider seeking advice from a licensed professional before trading.

8. Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Small Time Devs Inc is not liable for any trading losses or other damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service. This disclaimer is part of, and is subject to, our Terms of Service.
