Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This policy explains what personal information Aramid Scope ("we", "us") collects when you subscribe to and use the Service, how we use it, and your choices. It applies to the Aramid Scope website and indicator.

2. Information we collect

• Account & contact: the email address you provide at checkout, used to deliver your license key and service notices.
• Payment information: processed by Stripe. We receive a customer/subscription identifier and billing status from Stripe; we do not receive or store your full card number.
• License & device data: a machine fingerprint (a derived hardware/software identifier) and your license key, used to bind your license to your device(s), enforce the device limit, and detect sharing.
• Validation logs: when the indicator validates your license we record the license key reference, machine fingerprint, timestamp, and the requesting IP address and user-agent, for security, anti-piracy, and abuse detection.
• Optional Discord identifier: if you link a Discord account for community or alert access.
• Diagnostics: limited technical/error information to keep the Service working.

We do not knowingly collect your trading account credentials, positions, or order history — the indicator does not connect to your broker.

3. How we use information

• provide, maintain, and deliver the Service and your license;
• process subscriptions and billing (via Stripe);
• enforce license terms, device limits, and detect/prevent sharing, fraud, and abuse;
• send service and account emails (via our email provider);
• provide support and improve reliability and security.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

4. Service providers we share with

We share the minimum data necessary with processors that help us run the Service:

• Stripe — payments and subscription management;
• Cloudflare — hosting, content delivery, and security;
• Resend — transactional email delivery (e.g. your license key);
• Discord — only if you choose to link/participate.

Market data shown in the indicator originates from third-party data providers; that flow is data to you and does not transmit your personal information to those providers. Each provider operates under its own privacy terms.

5. Retention

We keep account and license data for as long as your subscription is active and as needed afterward for legal, tax, security, and anti-fraud purposes, then delete or anonymize it. Validation/audit logs are kept for a limited period appropriate to security needs.

6. Security

We use technical and organizational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls, and sealed credentials — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights & choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you can cancel your subscription at any time. To make a request, contact support@smalltimedevs.com.

8. Cookies & tracking

The marketing site uses minimal, functional storage and does not run third-party advertising trackers. License validation relies on functional identifiers (your key and device fingerprint), not advertising cookies.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to and may not be used by anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. International users

We operate from the United States and process data there. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., you consent to processing in the U.S.

11. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date.
